Art of The Magician is a visual talk/ presentation that
explores various aspects of the magician’s art in an entertaining
way.
As well as showing some of the ‘tricks of the trade’ Tony will talk about some of the famous magicians of yesteryear.
No special stage, lighting or venue is required. A room in a house, a hotel or hall that will accommodate the required number of people is all that is needed.
The Art of The Magician lasts approximately one hour and questions are invited. It also fits in well on the small After Dinner Circuit.

When Tony retired from the teaching profession to take up his hobby of conjuring on a full time basis, a Head Teacher colleague remarked "Why don't you start visiting schools doing the science you did n the classroom? I am sure there is a market for it!"
This casual comment inspired Tony to create his Magic of Science show which he has taken to hundreds of primary and secondary schools throughout the UK
The Magic of Science demonstrates to children that Science can be fun and aims to get them involved.
During his talk Tony will be showing you many of the science fun items from his show that have proved very popular
You will come away wanting to try out these ideas for yourselves and even to show them to your children and grandchildren.
Tony is the author of Science Fun one of the books in the popular 'Bright Ideas' series published by Scholastic Ltd. His recent booklet The Magic of Science contains many of the items presented in his talk.
